Bridgemor Partners, a new organizational development firm, needed a visual identity that conveyed their mission of helping companies scale effectively. With "bridge" in the name, I immediately envisioned using the concept of a bridge to symbolize the firm's role in connecting a company's current stage to its future, more mature state.
My initial concept was to design the letters "B" and "M" to resemble a bridge. The client responded positively to this direction, so I explored several rough pencil sketches. From there, I focused on three early versions (shown below), and the client immediately gravitated towards one of the V1 designs. I then refined it further based on their feedback.
