Kate Sullivan approached me to develop branding for her company, Kate Sullivan Creative, which supports creative professionals by optimizing team dynamics, fostering collaboration, and removing personal barriers—all while prioritizing individual creativity. Understanding firsthand how burnout can affect inspiration, I was excited to work on this project.


Our initial brainstorming sessions covered design inspirations and her company’s goals, and Kate’s mood board brought focus to two directions: “geometric” and “flowy.” We ultimately chose a flowy, adaptable icon, capturing the softer, flexible ethos of her mission.
