Sir  Chicken is a fried chicken popup that started in Chicago during the  pandemic. It was a pivot from a couple restaurant owners and was in need  of some branding. The client had a rough idea of what they wanted, even  down to a rough sketch of a chicken, and I finessed their idea into the  final stage.
